Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in is available from 2:00 PM.
- Check-out is until 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
Identification
A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required for all guests during check-in.
Payment
Full payment or a valid payment guarantee may be required upon arrival, depending on your reservation type. Accepted payment methods are displayed during the booking process.
Cancellation & Modifications
Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the selected rate plan. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific terms applicable to your reservation.
Children

Non-Smoking Policy
Giulia Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee may be charged for smoking inside guest rooms or other non-smoking areas.

Cancellation policy
Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in date. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check-in, or in the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the first night's stay.
